Monte Carlo 1977 livery, historic

-added Monte Carlo 1977 historic livery (green slot)
-added Britax logo
-fixed specular map issue on the upper Alitalia stripes
-original livery (white slot) is untouched

Tire textures with small markings plus various updates

-update tire textures (small text)
-hood rally plate is now the correct size
-added matte color in the lower rear wheel arch
-fixed issue with the A of Alitalia

Stock rims are back

Reverted all wheel textures to stock since Codemasters fixed the rim texture bug in 0.8.
