Toivonen historic livery update

-Toivonen now has the historic livery from Rallye Monte Carlo 1986 (livery_41)
-covered front lights with SIEM logo (known issue: also half of the pod lights are covered because the texture is shared)
-Alèn livery is untouched

Markku Alèn livery + various fixes

-added Henri Alén livery
-tweaked transparency in glass texture
-fixed missed Lancia badge on the front canopy
