New Textures for D4 Theme & Real-Time Scaling Support

New features and changes in V2.2:
Text rendering is completely removed.
D4 theme has new gear and speed textures.
All textures are now rendered with OpenGL.
Real-time scaling support (no need to restart the game anymore).

Some people had encountered issue since V2.0 and above.
But unfortunately I couldn't reproduce the bug to understand what happened.
If you are still having issues, please consider using old version instead. (below V2.0)

New features and changes in V2.0:
Renamed from FD HUD.
Total 4 themes available. (Initial D Fourth Stage's FD, Initial D Arcade Stage 5, 6, 7)
Auto night mode with headlights detection.
Reworked Rpm bar and Pedal gauge now have buttery smooth.
Many things are now rendered with OpenGL. (Huge performance improvement, huge thanks to x4fab and his custom shaders patch.)
Minor Bug fixes.

V2.0 requires Custom Shaders Patch 0.1.25 preview 50 or above to work, you can download it here or Install through Content Manager.
