I created one of these a few years ago for F1 2019, posted it on here (might be an earlier year), and so did this for F1 2020 and now F1 2021.
Firstly backup the ferrari.erp from your F1 2021 folder:-
"F12021\2021_asset_groups\f1_2021_vehicle_package\teams\ferrari\wep"
Then overwrite it with the ferrari.erp I've modded in here.
** Note **:- If you have another mod already installed, such as the damage mod or one of the other brilliant mods posted by StrongestFish and others, then for Ferrari those damage or other modded settings will be removed by overwriting this ferrari.erp file into that location, so if you have anything installed, use the text file and grab hold of the EGO Erp v8.0 tool, to allow you to go into your existing ferrari.erp file, and firstly export the:-
"ferrari-camscargame!!!temp000.layer.json" file
Edit it in notepad using the string replacements as per my notes in the text file, import it back into the ferrari.erp file again within EGO Erp v8.0, and the world is your Oyster...
For those wanting to know the parameters in the ferrari.erp files "ferrari-camscargame!!!temp000.layer.json" file (and for those wanting to add the camera for the other cars, which takes around 10 mins per car sadly), I have also added a text file showing the strings that need to be replaced. Also, the text file shows the relevant strings for the most recent F1 2020 Steam version in case anyone wants to make Ferrari playable from this high camera in last years game.
Its not perfect, for example play at Singapore and parts of the track have a blocked view from the building structures, but the parameters in the text file are there for anyone to be able to play with and adjust the height and positioning of the camera.
As for which camera mode this High cam is installed for, I cannot remember..........but install this, change the camera in game, and be prepared to be excited.
