Fixed issues and bugs! overhaul.

# Fixed bug when handbrake is not installed on load; causes error.
# Now uses the handbrake game keybind. (default is Z). You can change this in the game driving controls. or head over to Mo'Controls and open up the GUI, go to the driving controls and set a primary and secondary input for the handbrake game keybind! wooo!
# Now uses monobehaviour and attaches to the handbrake clone located in the car.
# Removed 'hold mode'. if you think i should re-add. just ask.
# Better performance from mod.

Changed how the handbrake updates, sounds now work!

Implemented Settings to change from a toggle-mode to a hold-mode

Implemented settings to change toggle-mode to hold-mode. via, the MSCLoader mod settings GUI. (CRL+SHFT+M) opens mod settings. default setting is "toggle-mode"

Known issues:
-Sounds (Fixed - 1.3)
-in "hold-mode" you will not be able to keep the handbrake up while in "Driving Mode" within the Satsuma.
