An absolutely superb mod.
One of the three best 'open-wheel' rfactor mods I have so far test driven (the other two are also 80s 'open wheel' mods).

The cars look very good and authentic -interior and exterior. The animated and visible drivers' arms on the steering wheel makes this mod that much better.

The driving physics and cockpit views and gauges differs somewhat from one team to another. However, the driving physics of all vehicles is pretty close to perfect, in terms of realism. Some teams and vehicles require a lot more 'traction' control than other and are more prone to 'oversteer' and spinning out than others.
Seating positions and tire grip, feedback, and feel seems absolutely perfect.

These 1989 F1 vehicles are far more advanced than those of the early 80s and comparable to 'modern' new Formula vehicles in terms of acceleration, speed, and cornering...

Hello, there is a way, create a rfactor only for gp1989 & pre-qualif, then, select "all" when you choose a mod in the menu. Mixing the two mods means also a total of around 55 drivers, it could create crashes or problems. You can change the maximum of cars allowed in the rfm files
