The CD appears at the time you added the soundtracks. But if you've added soundtracks and the CDs don't appear, you need to reinstall MSC.

I love it, but I have one question. How do you fix the engine overheat? I have another save that I created and I don`t know why is overheating, if you could say me what you do it would be awesome.

About engine overheating, you should check are all hose clamps screws a tightened.

How do I get it in .dll format??

Why you need convert it?...
My Summer Car build on the cross platform "Unity", save files converted in "txt". You must open "JDK"-Java Development Kit or C++ and rewrite game folder with appdata files if you want use it in the dll. But mods converted only in the dll format. Dll useds in OC files or part of script archive.
