Hi,
This is not perfect but as it was something I made up for the F3 cars on AMS I thought it would be nice to share!
This is a PSD F3 Driver template I did from scratch using the original DDS file as reference. The creases and shading are drawn in by hand and by using multiply and lighten it should give the impression of creases in the fabric.
There are lots of layers with various components on, you will need to use colour overlay in the Photoshop FX stack to change the colours of the fabric, etc. The side stripes can be switched on or off as required.
There are Photoshop folders with various company logos that I'd already put in. So you can switch those on or off as needed. Dunlop, Pirelli, Sparco, OMP, etc.
I've done this for myself so I've tried to make it as clear as possible with the layer naming but it's tricky with that much detail.
It may be a case of just playing around with the layers until you're happy.
I doubt it will work that well in GIMP (sorry).
At the moment I'm just using black versions of the gloves (taken from another car) but once I complete a template for those I'll update the files.
Thanks to @Reb.Ellion for creating the mesh for me
