Fontana Speedway 1.1

Hi all.

Here is Fontana for AMS.
I used the GSC version (original track from US pits, thanks to them) and reworked several things :

- road textures
- walls textures
- grass textures
- crowd (stands)
- real pits and road markings
- trees
- real shadows
- partial dynamic track
- new IA (gringo)
- new horizon (gringo)

The track is too wide to use standard racegroove texture and then I prefered to avoid using it (big ugly marbles).
Racegroove line was also a difficulty here...
So, dont expect usual quality on this track, but I wanted another oval for CART. It is an improvement over the gsc version, I hope you will like it.
