Very good mod, but when you play multiplayer will it be normal or do i have to disable the mod first before playing multiplyaer?

You cannot play multiplayer with any installed mods(skins, tyres, characteristics), so you have to restore the files before playing online.

Loving that this is back for my 100% career mode. Are you planning to have a version with realistic damage like you did with the past ones?

I think about adding extreme damage option to Formula NASCAR and upload "Improved dirty air" with realistic damage.
