<UpgradeWearFactor value="1.0" /> (one for front and one for rear) Number 2.4 gives 3 stops in 25% races with non-upgraded wear(first seasons of career) and 2 stops with upgraded tyre wear.

Hi! I really liked the mod, it gives a very good show at the races and is quite enjoyable, but I have had some problems with this mod:

- Cars sometimes get stuck in 2nd gear, causing a Virtual Safety Car

- Sometimes VSC appear despite nothing happening on the track (in the first 14 laps of Austria at 50% distance, 4 VSC and 1 SC appeared)

Could it be known what is the problem causing this? Regards and thank you in advance!

In the mod just changed three numbers about dirty air and damage numbers. This may not cause problems with VSC or gears. These are just Codemasters bugs, that are not related to the mod.

Don't expect realism... Expect fun!
After 1,5 season in My Team i got a bit bored. Car was much faster. So tried this mod. Set the difficulty correct and....

From lap 1 to the pit-stop i was constantly battling. I couldn't get away from the other 3 behind me and it was fighting all the way. Fuel High and Overtake was the way to keep ahead a little, but you can't do that forever.... So switching places and battling constantly.

Pitstop, and i was now 2 seconds behind. Very difficult to get back to my teammate in first. Kept the same for laps, until his tyres got worse. Last lap i cought up and was able to overtake and win.

Most fun i've had in the game! It's not realistic... but i wish the real F1 was this exiting...

I don't know why but the realistic damage doesn't work in my team do you know why or could you make a youtube video on how to install it!

Open archive with mod and open this folders: F1 2020 Extreme, Medium and Realistic damage\ Copy and paste files if you use default skins\ Extreme and there you will see folder "2020_asset_groups". Take this folder and copy it to where you see the same folder: Steam\steamapps\common\F1 2020. Windows will ask about replacing files, click "Yes".

And don't use reviews for questions, there is "Support thread" for it.

great mod but the realistic is probably way too realistic XD 1 hit ure dead nut the dirty air is ok it produces soo many great battle

Nice mod but i find realistic damage way too sensitive.
Started a race in Vietnam and half of the cars were DNF by the end of 1st lap.

It's just Vietnam :D Other tracks is fine, especially non-street circuits.

Downloaded it earlier and gave it a try, seems to work fine. Now about to begin my 'My Team' mode, which I will be streaming on YouTube.
(Used to be 'Weekend Gaming', now 'JPH Gaming')

Thank you! Please answer does this mod work with your "f1 2020 extreme, medium and realistic damage"? Or is it included by default? Yes I see "with default and realistic damage" in description, so I just want to know if they are the same thing or not. Thanks again!

In this mod included different options : with default and realistic damage. You can use option which you want.

Thanks for reducing the slipstream a little, was a bit too much :D Had cars gain on me that were at the end of the main straight.

The tow affect is too strong through the corners. More grip following someone than not is too strong. No need to try and overtake properly its just leap frog every corner.

I would say this mod does too much, now the AI get a tow through the corners meaning they are faster through the corners when they are behind you. As soon as they pass they are slower in the corners. I think a better balance is needed because the way the tow effects the AI is not correct.

The point of the mod is not realism, but to make the game much more fun than usual. It's sad that you can't understand it.

Mercedes xml located in common.erp, it's described in manual installation instruction.
