1. New Damage page similar to tyre wear and damage page on the MFD in the game
2. New Temperatures page similar to temps page on the MFD aswell
3. Fixed fuel laps and fuel laps delta.
4. Added dll file for easier setup
5. Made font monospace so same length text doesn't change width with different characters
