5 stars dude..even codemasters should do it this way..not loosing time in face design but car handling, looks way better this way..they (codemasters)did drivers with a head too big, and is a mistake done for the second time because 2017 was the same, isnt anyone there to see that? ..lol looks funny

\Steam\steamapps\common\F1 2018\asset_groups\ui_package\texture_arrays\drivers\avatar_branded_full_324x552 ----- for your full body character (you has to find (yourteam) and driver name then open with erp and export this into photoshop (texture)... And for small (head only) Open flow_persistent in erp archiver and click on overrides drivers heads256 and find your vanilla character head (in your team colours) by arrows to the right then click texture on the top and export like in full body, modify it it photoshop and import it back and save. IMPORTANT.. you need to save it nvidia plugin for photoshop, also for modify its important.

Your charakter will look like vanilla one, but of you want i can do something like a custom face :)
