Hi,
I keep hearing F1 2017 is un-moddable, and I didnt realise until I created this today that editing erp files to enable extra Car Damage was possible, its great to know that it is indeed possible.
This Mod was created using the variables in CW's F1 2016 Realistic Damage Mod, who in turn credited @KeisariKine for finding the variables in the first place, I think I kept the same parameter values for the Ultra Mod as CW did in his Extreme Mod, but the "More Damage" version has my own values in it.
So all credit goes to these guys for the F1 2016 Damage Mod creation(s).
All I have done is edited the xml in the erp file for each Car.
This Teams folder needs to simply overwrite the Teams folder in your:-
\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\F1 2017\asset_groups\f1_2017_vehicle_package
Please make a backup of your Teams folder in there first.
The two versions in here are very heavy in terms of parts coming off the Cars, the "Ultra Damage" mod was as stated above using CW's values for his Extreme F1 2016 Damage Mod, so on this version virtually every first corner of most Tracks will see around 8 Cars having to retire......so please try the "More Damage" Mod first and see what you think, be careful if you have Simulation Damage enabled in game though because with using either version at that Damage level, any slight touch of another Car or the Barrier and your wheel will come off....
