Banner fix tweak

for the Cepsa truck -
update the windscreen banner - i race tested this morning and there was a line of pixels off
as always place in the assettocorsa/content folders

Reworked Cepsa Albacete Racetruck

the 3 time champ Antonio Albacete and his TruckSport Bernau racetrucks (the Cepsa truck was Lutz-Bernau.de, and the Duron version was when they went to T-sport Bernau, i am not sure what was the change of team name about though)

I redid the skin for the Cepsa truck using the more accurate logos, and the Cepsa corporate red color according to their CMYK (well patone really)
this is closer to what Albacete raced with, i did add a little as i used a few reference images as always.

unzipp folder and place in C:..../ assetocorsa/ content

the other Duron based skin is here as well carried over from the last one
