This data pack is for the Toro Rosso STR1 developed by the acfligue modding team, which can be downloaded as part of their 2006 car pack from their website for free here.
This pack reduces the engine's overall power, but also limits the engine to 16,200RPM to match the BOP that the STR1 received as the only V10 car on an otherwise-V8 grid. The AI have had their upshift RPMs reduced down to 15,700 for this car to prevent them from getting stuck on the grid.
Once you have installed the ACFL car pack, go into "Steam\SteamApps\Common\AssettoCorsa\Content\Cars\acfl_2006_str", then drop this data.acd into the folder and select "Replace File in Destination."
