Graphics update

- ERS Bar is bigger now
- Improved visibility (as I had some issues with that in the last league race)
- few minor tweaks

Quali Screen

- added qualification screen; during fast lap (when fuel mix: 4 is selected) everything disappears. Only, ers label and current ers program will be displayed.

Improved readability

Update 1.2:
Changelog:
- Improved readability on telephones (bigger text and small fixes)
- ERS bar changed - now it is more like in Alfa Romeo with red bars (easier to read)
- Idle screen and last lap screen improved
- "DRS On" and "Yellow Flag" have new colour
- few small upgrades

Few small fixes

In this version:
- DRS On - will not blink/disappear until it is turned off,
- yellow flag also is not blinking - it is stable
- Last lap screen fix.
