- removed the dot from /settime
(i'm so sorry it was for debugging and i left it in accidentally)

- added check for assettoserver and made version visible (weather stuff and ai commands should only show up if assettoserver is used)
- switched kick command from username to sessionID so weird names also work
- added empty slots on player list to prevent accidentally kicking the wrong player
- single player weather change works, except for rain
