Not bad, though could of done with some tweeks before realising, as it crashes at random times.

Car crashes or game crashes? The car has been tested in single races and championships against various cars, on various tracks. It has never got out of control. Could you reproduce the issue? Screenshots or video will be helpful.

Need to be polished more to be effective. Some nasty residual bugs and not working wipers.

Cars made for GTR2 don't have animated wipers. They can be added from a different car, but I'm not sure how they will look and function.
