This is an update for chrisi's beautiful CART 1998 liveries (thanks a lot for the mod and allowing me to upload this update).
As you might know, the liveries do not fit 100% anymore since Reiza brought different car models for oval tracks to the game.
Within this update, you find additional liveries for these tracks which has sponsors on the backwing and a few other details.
Installation (please read carefully).
1. Download to your HD and unzip.
2. Open the folder and copy/paste the folder "Automobilista 2" to your Steam directory.
Example: xx:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common
You now have all the different versions of the cars ingame, but the xml-files are refering to the standard ones, which work for road tracks and short ovals.
3. I f you wanna drive on a Superspeedway like Fontana:
Open the folders XML_Files_For_Speedway_and Superspeedway\Superspeedway_XML and copy/paste the 6 folders to your vehicles directory.
Example: xx:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Automobilista 2\Vehicles\Textures\CustomLiveries\Overrides
You are now ready to go on Superspeedways.
4. I f you wanna drive on a Speedway like Indy Oval or Daytona Oval:
Open the folders XML_Files_For_Speedway_and Superspeedway\Speedway_XML and copy/paste the 6 folders to your vehicles directory.
Example: xx:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Automobilista 2\Vehicles\Textures\CustomLiveries\Overrides
You are now ready to go on Speedways.
The XML for Standard road tracks and Shortovals are also there.
So, each time you wanna change from one kind of track to another, you just gotta copy paste the folders with the right xml-files do your game which takes a few seconds.
Right now, there is no other way to handle different liveries for different tracks, sorry.
