Unpack to AC folder under steam. restart of ContentManager recommended. Enable the app 'CarSpecs' in launcher options/general or CM/AC/py-apps.

from v0.8, colors all over the place:
-CarSpec app window has some car info
-the dim green graph in the background is trimmed down power/rpm graph, (vertical off: rotated 90°, mirrored to left/right, so rpm is up/down)
-current power is the bright green bar, moving up and down, variing in wideness with throttle
-torque reading in blue is from csp, i guess negative values are engine brake
-if car has a turbo, thats the red triangle in the middle
-CTRL+Num1 and CTRL+Num3 will work seamlessly, Aero data only from your own car though
-current PS/HP display isa calculation an estimation from current gas pedal, it IS ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT and not usable for any calculations, data used though from cars power.lut (packed or not) or json
-note: Aero C-values are just displayed like i get from AC shared memory, maybe that will be changed, also todo: cars with ers
-note2: slipstream detection may not work on tracks with big elevation changes
