Carolina MSP renovation, Open the karting circuit

Special note :
It should be possible to overwrite an old version with this update.
However if you have any loading errors be sure to remove any previous versions of Carolina_Motorsport from your locations folder before installing this version.

Hello AMS racers,

Carolina was one of Patrick's favorite circuits, and he did a lot of work to bring the original track by Lucas (LcR) to AMS. In tribute to this great work. I offer to you Carolina v2 with many "under the hood" improvements, and the opening of the Carolina MSP karting circuit.

Whats New...

* Open the kart circuit with new 3D curbs, hi poly track surface with new shaders, textures and mapping.
* Kart circuit AI support for 34 vehicles.
* Kart circuit dynamic track and groove paint.
* Massive reworking of the track mesh to remove overlapping polys.
* Remapping, new groove paint, new textures for the main circuit.
* Remapping on curbs.
* Remapping and texture tweaks for service roads.
* Distance markers reworked, a bit larger size and spaced to accurate 100 foot positions.
* Apex corner posts reworked, New mapping, and evenly spaced.
* Corner posts can be removed from the track by selecting "High" Track Objects (detail) from the AMS menu without removing any other track details.
* Improved AI fast line, a bit faster, better AI behavior, AMS v1.5+ AIW parameters.
* Deep cleaning of materials
* Correct several transparency issues.
* Package cleanup, remove any unused objects/textures.
* Update the lighting colors, Sky blend and Shadow angles.
* New loading screens and mini maps.
* Other fixes that didn't make the change log.

If you had any track loading errors with previous versions give v2 a try.
