Camera Height, FX, Chase Lag & Roll Mod

Changed:
Bumper camera height of all cars to 1.1000
Both chase camera heights of all the cars to 2.1000

Added: Slower Car Pull
This mod lowers the rate at which you car pulls away from the camera as your speed increases in chase view.

Added: No Car Pull
This mod STOPS the car pulling away from the camera in chase view as your speed increases.

Added: No Gear Jolt
This mod stops the cam from jolting when gears are changed.
