New camera

Introducing 2 new cameras :

- 360 degrees camera :
Can look around within 360°, at the right place on the car, you may already seen it on the F1 youtube channel.

- New "low angle" T-cam :
Exact same position as the normal T-cam but with lower angle, usually n°2 driver have this camera (the one with the yellow t-cam).

Various position fix according to the last GP.

Compatible with 1.13 version of the game.

Compatible with 1.10

Drag and drop version compatible with 1.10 version of the game

- Updated T-cam according to Russian GP
- Updated wing cam to be more realistic
- Updated wing and nose rear camera
- Inverted wing and nose rear camera to be more "logical"

Cockpit

Added cockpit camera for all cars :
- Better "look at apex"
- Better "rolling" while driving

Notes : don't expect something like helmet cam in pcars 2, the game can't handle this. I tried to put the most realistic "look at apex" without game crashing (yes, if "look at apex" value is too big the game crash xd) and same for "rolling".

Fixed few other camera on classic cars.

compatible with 1.06

- Drag and drop compatible with 1.06 version of the game
- Various postion update
- Removed the little "shake" on 2018 cars and "modern" classic cars
- Replaced the nose cam by a new cam

70s classic cars/improvement

Added camera for :
- Lotus 72D
- Ferrari 312 T2
- McLaren M23-D
- Lotus 79
- Ferrari 312 T4
- McLaren MP4/1B
With :
- 2 types of shoulder cam
- Wing cam
- Nose cam
- 2 rear cameras
- Edited T-cam and rear T-cam

Made some improvement on 2018 cars :
- Added right/left view for all shoulder cam
- Fixed the "frozen mirror"
- Replaced the "left tyre camera" by the default nose camera
- Some Improvements (better positioning)

Added drag and drop version (that's why the file is so big)
