- Fix divide by zero when dcamber1 = 0 (Porsche 917/30 and 917K)

Update to 2.1

- Fix optimal camber equation, remove extra conversion to radians
- Switch to tyres_data folder, now loads any JSON file so "mod config packs" can be used
- Included configs for the Dallara FX17 and V8 Supercars pack as examples
- Included icons courtesy of B-RIDDICK
