It works! When you load a track, there maybe multiple layouts to choose from. You just need to make sure you load it on the specific track layout. In this case, the "festival" only layout. It will not load in any other layout.

does not show up in cam tool 2 settings like the other, so not working

There are 58 downloads and no one reported errors .... do you know how to install the camtool files? You know that if you do not have the same version of the track it will not appear ... you have to rename it by your same track name or better download the track that is in the description of the youtube video
