Barcika's Trackpack for Race 07 by Sergio Hundo (pack 05)
Conversions from rFactor/GTR2/GTL to Race 07 by Sergio Hundo
I want to thank, first of all, to Barcika, the creator of all the tracks in this Trackpack, for allowing me to convert to Race 07. Congratulations on the impressive job you do. I dedicate all my work in recognition of what Barcika has done for simraces games and I also dedicate it to the entire community, so that everyone knows and enjoy the fantastic tracks made by him.
Known issues:
- Some tracks need to correct the startlight/startglow as they only turn on the red color.
Important to know:
- If necessary, use the specialfx.tec file (that's what I've tested all the tracks on) which is contained in the "specialfx.tec (use if necessary)" folder, but no different textures have been used. So I believe there will be no problem with that.
- Most of the tracks made by Barcika are of the "fantasy" type and Race 07 doesn't have an icon for this type of nomenclature (there is an icon called "fantasyland") and for the tracks not to be without an icon, I made one and whoever wants to, unzip the UIData.rar file and paste the two files into the "textures" folder, which is inside the Menu folder, which you can find in the UIData folder in the game directory.
- All tracks are tuned with fuel usage for long runs. I used the factor 16, enough for those who want to do these types of disputes.
- There are a lot of tracks (53 tracks) and in case it is necessary to update some track with corrections and improvements, I will not update the tracks, but I will share the specific track file to be replaced.
The purpose of all this is to provide entertainment, without any financial or commercial return. Have fun ! This is enough.
Instalation:
Unzip rar file with Winrar or similar program and paste the track folder in Location folder in Race 07 and the others files, as directed in the Read Me file. Enjoy !!!
