Update 1.1

Changes in v1.1:
- Fixes to collisions around the circuit
- Smoothed some bumpy corners
- Fixed transparency on some materials
- Fixed some double-sided objects
- Grid positions now work properly, p13 no longer spawns on the bridge
- Optimisations around the track, performance is a bit better
