- fixed wrong grass friction

v3.1:
- sorted out issues with the AI pit stops and fuel load estimation not working correctly
- recorded new AI fast lanes, the opponents should be slightly faster around both layouts
- fixed holes in the driving surface
- adjusted a couple of textures and meshes
