fixed the rim blur

how embrassing.
when i lighted up the game and drove the car, just realized that the rim blur looks very weird (too much transparent behind it). damned me who didn't notice it before :rolleyes:
this update should have been fixed the weird rim blur as i've tested it.
just overwrite the skin if you have installed it already.
