This skin pack aims to recreate Michael Schumacher's early Ferrari testing livery for the Ferrari 412 T2 by ASR Formula.
ASR Formula have been creating awesome mods for us all to enjoy for a while now, and their Ferrari 412 T2 from 1995 is no exception! In light of the recent "Schumacher" documentary release on Netflix, I've been looking more into Michael's career and have come across some brilliant old footage of Schumacher in 1996 testing the previous year's Ferrari 412 T2 at Paul Ricard during his early Ferrari days. Therefore, I've decided to try and recreate the livery used in these early tests for Assetto Corsa!
Ferrari changed supplier from Agip to Shell in 1996 and so the previous year's car was decorated especially with the Shell logos for these tests! Suits the car pretty well! Although the 412 T2 had a V12 engine, I'm pretty sure this car was equipped with a V10 engine when testing as Ferrari decided to retire the V12 at the end of 1995, so you may wish to change the engine sound of your car to that of the ASR Formula Ferrari F310 (1996) for a fully immersive experience! Installation:
To install, first download the zip folder containing the livery files. Once this has been completed, copy these files into your Assetto Corsa game folder. This will look something like this:
?:\steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\cars\asr_1995_ferrari_412t2\skins\(paste here)\
Replace any files that explorer tells you and voila! You should now be able to use this livery in Assetto Corsa!
