Changed .veh files from the Skins

Changed .veh files from the Skins.
Thanks to Trent Collett who informs me that the skin pack has not worked.
Now everything should work.

Quick Fix

Some data were wrong in GameData folder.
Now they are in correct Vehicle folder.

Save your Vehicle Folder

Now Windschield in Team Folder works
added Number on Window and Windschield
added Tire Logo
Remove LCD from interior and exterior
New font on center console
Now 19 Skins
