Added helmet for Alonso, added suit, gloves, and others

Added a suit and gloves for both drivers, added a helmet for Alonso, and compressed to decrease the size of the skin's files.

Addded a Helmet for Ocon

Added Esteban Ocon's 2021 Helmet to his livery using the ACSPRH helmet mod (which can be downloaded here - https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/acsprh-real-helmets-for-assetto-corsa.26805/ )
Added some missing icons, and some extra detail.

Quick Fix

Fixed the discolouring issue brought up by Arcov.
Currently working on helmets and a suit for the driver.
