Update to cover the Nissan Nismo GTR GT3 2015 and the Nissan Nismo GTR GT3 2018.

F488 Brake Balance - Hopefully fixed now

Ferrari 488 GT3 BBal Screen did never show up.
Now fixed.
Simply forgot to set the formula:

    Delete these files in your SimHub installation folder first:

You no longer have to select the right LED mapping and the DashStudio dash all by hand. Simply click the car you wanna drive in the "Additional plugins -> Ensi Ferrum ACC Plugin V0.5" screen and you're good to go.
