Thanks! Why the Mercedes chassis though? It works just fine on the Toro Rosso chassis. Unless you are asking for the Mercedes livery

Can't change the steering wheel separate from the rest of the chassis. So to make the rest of the livery I had to accept the Toro Rosso steering wheel. You can import the decals for it yourself that's bothering you
