last attempt to fix sochi

my last attempt to fix sochi,i copied all sochi files like 3 times so if it doesn't work now i will go nuts.

i also took a look at the difficulties, they should be fixed now

PLS LET ME KNOW IF IT'S FIXED NOW !!!

fixed austria, hockenheim and sochi

fixed the 3 new tracks
@graham liang, the 3 fixes can be deleted :)
