New AI line for the traffic, RainFX config included

In this link you will find the package containing only the updated lines and config. You still need to get the main resource if you are not updating the previous version but doing clean install. When you have the old traffic layout then unzip from this update and drop the contents into "..\content\tracks\Nsuka\" to replace the old config and lines.

The sidelines were poor and were causing the AI to crash every time near the tunnels. So I got to work

One unexpected benefit is that when updating the lines the traffic got separated on the narrow 2-way parts and is keeping Japanese perfect lane discipline.

Track is not well optimized for CPU usage and thus the AI flood is very necessary. Good settings for 6-10 cars are

RainFX works as good as on other tracks.
