I found one hiccup caused by the change from LAC v0.8.1 to v1.0 but I`m not telling where it is. It doesn`t crush the fun so I`ll let it be.

LAC 1.0 - The game won't start without AI flood, and AI flood makes traffic go all one way together after few minutes (same settings as yours).

The problem is in CM "settings>DRIVE>For Track Day, use Practice as a session type". It needs to be enabled for Track day to work!
