Your thoughts on this PC

Hi guy's,

My friends want to buy this PC and asked me if it was good enought to run the new games on the market not necessary sim racing games but i don,t know much about AMD CPU so what do you think ?

It's a good build, AMD processors work well when the game has nice compatibility. But I reccomend getting a aftermarket cooler (maybe the 212 evo), as AMD is know to heat up quite a lot.
