F1 2012 Xbox 360 Controller Advanced Settings (PC)

yeah hello I Play F1 2012 on the PC *thanks for modding XD*

the problem is that i have issues with the advanced wheelsettings for my XBOX 360 gamepad

has anyone a good setup for driving well with this gamepad?
would be very proud for any answers

These are the pretty much the best settings for the xbox controller on pc. Thank goodness it is more or less the same as my F1 2011 settings!

yeah you right but this setting was not good enough for F1 2011

True, but it made it playable, all be it with the spongy back end!

As for the advanced settings being greyed out, select custom controller.

I tried one of the advanced wheelsettings from 2011 RDforum posted by Christopher Woods and it works fine for me. Car is less twitchy in the straights.

Advanced wheelsettings
Steering Deadzone: 8%
Steering Saturation: 0%
Steering Linearity: 100%
Throttle Deadzone: 15%
Throttle Saturation: 8%
Brake Deadzone: 15%
Brake Saturation: 2%

Override input device - Gamepad

Works good in corners but I can't hold a straight line with the 360 controller. I always have to adjust left/right...
Some suggestions?

Try a different car setup. I'm not a setup-man so I don't know what changes are to be made to make the car stable in the straights. In free practice session I try each different setup posted here in RD. I compare all setups and then choose the setup that best suites my driving style. From my experience I use one setup and it makes the car twitchy in the straights, then I try another setup and the car is fine in the straights.
