Has anyone else had this problem? After I click on WTCC06 then "Peugeot" in GTR Evo, as it loads the car to preview the game crashes. Other WTCC06 cars don't have this problem.

    Any suggestions?

(sorry I can't go into more detail - I'm in a hurry, but I think i've done enough. Just post if you need more info!)

hmm - do you click on a customskin or just load edmans car?
if its a skin then it might be bad and dont use it

no skin - just the one that's standard. Maybe someone should pm me their peugeot*folder to me or mine to them incase a file is corrupted/has a problem?

Mods installed? Try removing them and repeat the car selection. If it's solved it might be caused by a mod.

You can always get your original files back by deleting the entire RACE 07 folder, restart steam and start the game.

ZZZooms Porsche 997 Mod causes WTCC/STCC cars to crash on load at spinner as does the Escort V8 Challenge mod

I had the crash at the spinner with the 407 when loading a skinned car, but joined successfully with the original simbin car :).

well, removing the supercup mod didn't work.

I removed the talent and the teams folders - is that it?

btw, also tried clean install then copying 407 files into original install. Didn't do anything
