World Rally Manufacturer Manager - Season One (2017)

It would be helpful to have some kind of markings for the Service Points. I am asure i messed them up abit

You can only put a fresh set of tyres on at a Service Point, which will happen after every two stages (apart from day 1)

i feel a default setup would work really, as long as it wasnt a completely crap setup and was still somewhat competetive, i'd vote for that

Ok so as you're probably aware, @Milos has left RaceDepartment, which means a slot at Renault is available. If the spot isn't filled, then Renault will not compete for the rest of the season. As for Paddon and Mikklesen, they will probably compete in rallies as privateers, but not driving for Renault

That's absolutely fine mate. There are four spaces still available (with room for more if needed) so just join once you have time

Rally Norway is upon us and it is Peugeot's first Rally with Craig Breen leading the line! I feel confident and ready to fight for top 10

Day 1

Hirvonen and Ogier on the pace, Tidemand Crashes

Monte Carlo winner Mikko Hirvonen and Citroen's Sebastian Ogier were on the pace on the only stage of day one, with Hirvonen slightly faster to the hundredth of a second. They were three tenths quicker than Mads Ostberg and Subaru, who once again looked competitive. Kris Meeke was 4th in his Skoda, about seven tenths off the pace, with Dani Sordo and Toyota rounding out the top five

The other Ford drivers struggled in comparison, with Yoann Bonato ranking 19th, and Eyvind Brynildsen only 28th. Citroen looked pretty good all round today. After a very good drive to 4th in Monaco, Lefebvre finished day one in 8th place. Julien Maurin looked better than he did in Monte Carlo in 17th. Skoda had a mixed bag. Part timer Lukyanuk looked very solid in 10th place, while Gilbert runs 14th and in the points. Pontus Tidemand however crashed his Fabia near the end of the short ninety second sprint, and will start day two over five minutes behind the rally lead.

Toyota saw a mixed bag. Sordo was 5th, not quite at the level of the front four, Sirmacis was 13th, and within the points, while Loubet (who scored last time out in Monaco) was down in 31st. Subaru had both cars within the top ten, as Elfyn Evans put the car 9th on the road. Mitsubishi looked to be fighting in the mid points, as Solberg finished 11th ahead of Latvala in 12th. Prokop was 18th, while Valousek continued to struggle way down in 40th.

Opel had a very good start to the day, seeing Neuville in 6th and Tanak in 7th, and they look good to score some strong points if reliability goes their way. Seat didn't managed to get into the top 15, with Lappi in 16th, Suninen in 21st and Fuchs in 27th. Mini's woes continued. Ingram was 29th fastest on stage, and Perez was down in 36th. After their shock top 10 performance in Monaco, Suzuki weren't as far up on stage one. Botka and Kopecky were 23rd and 24th respectively, while Moffett was 41st. Honda also were further down from their shock Monaco position, as Al Attiyah was 33rd.

Peugeot started their first rally of the season, after problems when negotiating a tyre contract for Monaco. Day one was nothing special for them. Breen is currently inside the top 15, while Camili is 30th. Osian Pryce is well off the pace down in 54th place.

In the WRC Trophy, Jose Antonio Suarez drew first blood for Lotos Rally Team and is the leader, and ranks a very respectable 20th overall. He beat the Citroen of Marius Aasen, who was disappointed to be over looked by many for this season. Henning Solberg and his Citroen looked good in 3rd, beating one of the favourites for the WRC Trophy, Ole Christian Veiby, in the second Lotos car. Armin Kremer in his Adapta Motorsport Mini was 5th, ahead of the works Mini of Perez on the road. The third Lotos car of Quentin Giordano was 6th, ahead of the second Adapta Motorsport car of Ricardo Moura. After his podium in Monaco, Chris Atkinson finds himself way down in 8th place, with Emil Bergkvist 9th and Monte Carlo runner up Anders Grondal in 10th.
