Who uses public transit here?

I rarely use it because i'm at walking distance to all my amenities and if i need to go somewhere far i take my girlfriend's truck. How much does it cost you to take transit. Here between 6:30am and 6:30 pm we get charged for three different zones. One Zone is $2.50 Two Zone is $3.75 Three Zone is $5.00. After 6:30pm it is $2.50 for all zones. I think our fares are one of the most expensive in the world and our system isn't efficient as it should be. We can buy monthly passes as well or Faresaver tickets but one has to take transit a lot to see a savings.

I don't have public transit here in Ozark, but when I use to live in Mobile, there was a bus system, though I never went on it.

That seems pretty expensive Hiroshi. Although not much more than here. For me (Leeds, UK) the most expensive bus journey to make is £2.80, which is $4.37 your money (at today's rates)

Fairly certain it would be more expensive in, say, London. But our train fares are ridiculous.
