I had isues with my wheel yoke that i posted a pitcure of. It would have the bolt shake loose and need tightening evrey 30mins. So i used thread lock a kind of glue to help set threads athat are damaged or loose. I swamped this stuff into the bolt and now it works well. Its a little rigid but a normal wheel has some weight to it.
