I like all of them except country music.

Here are my top five in this order:

    1)Soft rock
    3)Old R&B
    4)Video game music
    5)Rap and Hip-Hop
  2. My favourites usually come from rock/power metal, and I also like classic/symphonic video game and movie soundtracks. But I'm open to any kind of music as long as it sounds good.
Lyrics wise I like either daily life based, or fantasy/mythology themed songs. And only those that have a good sense.
I can't understand how some people can listen to "evil/rude" music.

    1) Alternative Rock (Linkin Park, Rage Against the Machine)
    2) Neue Deutsche Härte (Rammstein)
  4. Rap/HipHop
Songs from great movies like the lord of the rings (riders of rohan is a masterpiece, as is Shire)
Electronic music, basically bits and pieces from genres like House, rave, trance etc etc.
And what Kyle mentioned above, Linkin Park and Rammenstein.
And some older rock songs, the legendary ones.

    1. Electronica/Trance

    2.80's Rock/Hard Rock

    3.Soft Rock

    4.Old Skool Rap
  6. 1) Any sort of Metal probably, it can be power-symphonic like Nightwish or more standard metal like Avenged Sevenfold... I don't listen to any rowling though, fortunately...

    2) Here you can put anything I feel like listening that isn't Metal, be it songs like "No Bravery" (James Blunt) or "Mad World" (Gary Jules), also "The End" (The Doors)...

Of course it has to have a good sound for me, and very meaningful lyrics ;)
  7. Alternative Music. Muse, The Killers, Kaiser Chiefs, My Chemical Romance but even Joy Division.
