We now have DTM 2013 (T5) cars

I just got an email from URD saying that the T5 DTM mod is available now. If you have the egt mod its discounted. I ended up paying 6 bucks for it. Its actually not bad. Pretty good actually. Anyone else buy this mod? what do you think?

Yeah, it's all about the tires, not enough grip and bite but as far as I remember that's because building proper tires is very difficult if not actually impossible in AC right now.

Cars are sliding MORE now? i thought they were sliding too much before? Chris Harris said that these cars stuck to the tarmac like glued. He complained the racing was too sterile. And they've made the cars less sticky now?

It's more now sadly. Also, I have less sense of weight after the update...unless I am imagining it. But overall for me, the cars feel different and not for the better..

I can not touch the brake pedal more than a 5% without locking the wheels in this update.

Same here Simon...and i checked my pedals. I am not an expert to say what is right or wrong but when it comes to feel, I think it was better before the update.
Still in beta so hopefully will be fixed.

As for building tires, I was thinking today, what about the Cobra, the F1/GP2 mods? Surely they use modded tires don't they?

No problem in iRacing, Raceroom and all other cars in AC, so I guess it´s not about pedal settings.
The mod is awasome but brakes are a nightmare for me and for more people I see.

I don't have this issue, not even with the update, I think abarth has more sensitive brakes.

I had already tried that but no better.

Issue Solved. The problem was re-write old files instead of deleting. My fault.
All is ok now, brakes are ok, no lock at all now
