Now the cars on the right will no longer stall at the start

Remember to disable “Cache Generated Payloads” and “Cache Generated Grids” in the AI Behavior Settings. (At least for me, the new lines in CSP version 0.1.79 didn't work otherwise.)

By the way @deudonils - thanks very much for all the AI improvements you're working on for tracks, they're very much appreciated and it makes a.huge difference as to how much I use certain circuits - especially these vintage ones I'm very thankful for
