Liveries:

Everyone is free to create a livery using the template provided.
Windows and .veh files will be taken care of by the staff.

All RD logo's and RD related logo's need to remain in the positions where they have been placed. They may not be re-sized or removed.

If teams/drivers liveries have color conflicts and the logo's are not clearly visible, they are allowed then allowed to change the colors of the logo's to one which will make the logo's most visible!

Please do not change the Circular VWSR logo! Rather add a stroke or outer glow effect if you need to make it more visible!

Template here:
Skins Template

Teams/Drivers must upload their skins and link them via PM to @Stefan Woudenberg
Make sure your team has been accepted into the league before you submit your skins!

If you can't make a skin then one of the default RD skins will be provided for you.

Happy skinning, we can't wait to see what you all come up with! :)

Skins for round one must be submitted by November 13th 2013.

Absence
This is the most important part of the league briefing drivers need to understand! If your application to drive the in league is accepted, we expect you to be present during all races of the season unless you provide an absence report with a valid excuse to the staff. If you happen to miss out on an event and go missing in action afterwards without giving any notice the race staff reserve the rights to terminate your licensed member status on RaceDeparment.

Incidents
In cases where the rules have been broken, it is up to the drivers (in conjunction with the staff) to report the violation. The staff encourages this and will only investigate incidents that are reported by drivers.

No incident report = no investigation = no penalty

A report can be sent to the staff via private message to Xavier de Carvalho or Lars Brugman.

Incident reports must contain the following:
o Name of the league: VWSR - Clio S3
o The name of the reported driver (the violator)
o A link to a youtube or vimeo movie/video file that shows the incident from various angles and perspectives.
o A short description of the incident, without rant, along with the timestamp.

You must always send the report with your own forum account. You can only send a report if you were actually in the race. Reports from an outsider will be not be taken into account.
After the report is sent and recieved, the staff will then investigate the incident. Incomplete reports will not be taken into consideration.

Reports must be sent between 1-3 days after the finish of the race. No sooner and no later. Reports that come in early or late will not be considered.

Finger pointing, as well as naming and shaming other competitors or staff will not be tolerated! A penalty of 5 championship points will be docked to the offending person, said person would also not be allowed to participate in qualifying for the next event.

Looking for a driver/team? Voice your interest here in this thread!

It would be advisable for drivers/teams to write a brief history or bio on their sim-racing and achievements. This is not mandatory, but it does give you a better chance at being picked up.

Do not start conversations or spam this thread! Please PM drivers/teams who have registered interest.

Apologies - Not needed anymore (please delete admins!)

Edit: No need to be deleted ;)

You say that a team can have up to 3 drivers. Does that therefore mean up to 3 cars per team (one car per driver)? Silly question, but I thought that it would be best to check before signing up.

How many cars will score points for teams' championship? Some teams will have three cars and some only two so will the best two of three car teams score points for the team or all three? It would be pretty unfair if some teams had an extra car to score team points :cautious:

All cars are eligible to score points. It would be unfair to strip the lower placed drivers points. I will take this point into discussion behind the scenes though as you have sparked an idea, maybe we'll be able to implement a system similar to what you have suggested in this season, otherwise in future seasons.
