I applied the paint mods from Vegas 2023, now I can't get rid of it. After uploading the above mod, the players have Visa Cash App RB outfits, but the paint job remains from Vegas. How can I clear the game memory? I cleared the entire Content/Paks folder but it did not do anything.

That's odd, I don't really see why that would happen, maybe try reinstalling the game?
