"Car Skins are allowed of course. Because this is the test season we also do allow the use of default game liveries. If you want to start designing already, keep the following points in mind: We want the RaceDepartment logo on the windscreen. Your name has to be on the car next to the flag of the country you are representing. You will also need a start number with a maximum of 2 digits."

Please submit your RDTCC Test Season skins in this thread. (A default window & window_int DDS file will be provided in this thread)

I might be interested @Justin Swan. I've been a member since last November and have three club racing wins since I showed up here. I'm terrible with making setups but when properly equipped, I am fast. Also, would it be an issue if I drove a C30, or should I drive an Accord like you?

Err, not quite yet, I currently am in negotiations with someone else. I'll get back to you when I make up my mind.

Note, however, that not all vehicles available in the league are available in the above linked template file .. I am trying to source the rest of them now (as well as figure that out personally for my own use)
There does not appear to be an STCC2 template set, although there IS and STCC template set. Between that and the WTCC template sets, I think that should cover all the vehicles available for this league.

I will try to put together a .7z or .zip of all the templates available for this league and post it here (as long as that's not considered illegal)

I'm scouring the interwebs like crazy Dennis, thanks ... I've found some templates made by users and will need to test how they work (IF they work) but I'm still missing the Toyota Corolla templates.

Have you looked in the Toyota Corolla Cup 2012 zip, there is a template there.

You need STCC2 to run it.
